As you may have seen earlier, Karl Anthony-Towns' annual Summer Slamfest is taking place at the Joe Craft Center. The skills camp, reserved for children ages 7-17, held two sessions today, which included drills ran by former and current Wildcats. Needless to say, the players were into the skills competitions just as much as the campers. So much into the competition, that players like SKJ and Gabriel added an extra boost or assistance to their teams. Why not, the kids love it. Karl Anthony-Towns made one camper's day extra special, when he made a half court shot to win them a custom pair of Nike basketball shoes. Money ball! And with Coach Calipari on the road, guess who's running the show...
