I got winded watching Bam Adebayo work out for 16 seconds

The official Kentucky basketball Twitter account shared a brief clip from today's practice session and it shows Bam Adebayo working out with Kenny Payne under one of the baskets. As you can see, Adebayo is jumping up and touching the glass with what appears to be a medicine ball, and I think I'll take a hard pass on ever having to do that in life.

Looks like Tai Wynyard put in some quality one-on-one time with the treadmill, too. The Cats are working.
