I Hope the Midnight Madness Skits are Better

Lets be up front....I mean we are among friends here. Deal or No Deal is the stupidest show in the history of television. I mean think about this for a second. The entire show amounts to 30 suitcases, 30 models, one stupid contestant and a bald Howie Mandel with a soul patch. That is it.....and you have created a huge ratings smash that is making the network buckets of money and utilizing less creativity than a Mark Foley pickup line. Yet, for some reason, the show consistently fascinates me and keeps me on the edge of my seat. Even if it is lame, Deal or No Deal will always remain on my television if I know it is on. Thus with that type of ubiquitous exposure, it would seem as if Deal or No Deal was ripe to be parodied. And apparently that is what the Tampa Bay Buccaneers realized when they created this video of Carson Palmer on Deal or No Deal. Of course what the Buccaneers forgot is that at the heart of any good parody is the requirement that the video be actually funny.....something woefully missing from this video. Still it is worth your time as it does have to do with our hometown Cincinnati Bengals and it involves some of the best acting of Howie Mandell since that old "Bobby" cartoon went off the air.....I miss that thing......it was a good early Saturday morning pick me up.....
