I'm out of breath from watching this UK football workout video
There's a reason my football career ended long before it ever took off and that's because being successful in football requires doing difficult tasks like working out, which I don't do because weights look heavy and the whole process seems tiring.
So when I see videos like the one the Kentucky football Twitter account shared today, it makes me appreciate the hard work they're putting in this offseason while I'm sitting here in the A.C. writing about the hard work they're putting in this offseason. They look ready to bust some heads this fall.
