Isaiah Jackson tweaked his ankle, but should be fine
After his thrilling dunk at Big Blue Madness, Isaiah Jackson was high atop our list of the players to watch tonight. Unfortunately, John Calipari said the freshman from Detroit suffered a slight injury in his Kentucky Basketball debut.
“Isaiah did tweak his ankle,” Calipari told reporters. “He was limping a little bit but I’d say he’s okay.”
Jackson finished with 9 points (4-5 FG, 1-2 FT), 4 rebounds, 2 blocks, 1 assist, and 1 turnover in 17 minutes. This block in the first half was spectacular:
