Congratulations to Michael Gilchrist, Anthony Davis, Marquis Teague and Kyle Wiltjer for being selected to the 2011 McDonald All American teams. It’s news we’ve known for a little bit now (though we weren’t as certain on Wiltjer,) but nonetheless it’s great for the players and great for the Kentucky program.  That puts Kentucky at 4 burger boys, the most of any other program – and for those of you who want to compare programs (as silly a barometer as it is to use,) Duke has 3, Louisville has 2 and North Carolina has 2.

However, it looks like it will be Gilchrist vs the rest, as Michael is on the East team and Anthony, Marquis and Kyler are all on the West.  The game will be March 30th in Chicago – and I’m still willing to chip in gas money to get there.
