College Basketball Contest sponsored by Fan Outfitters closed out last night as all three remaining teams took to the road in hopes to keep their streak alive. Two of those three teams could not muster up wins, leaving us with one. After leading by seven at half time,
Texas tanked and lost to the home team Nebraska by three.
Princeton, hoping to complete the Ivy League conference season undefeated, saw that dream fall apart when they lost to Brown by ten in Providence, RI.
George Mason also traveled away for their game, but did not falter. The Patriots took out Northern Iowa, 77-71.
George Mason's last loss came on Jan. 8 to Old Dominion. They have won 13 straight games, making them the team with the longest winning streak in NCAA Div. I basketball since the beginning of our contest. Congratulations to our winner,
