In tonight's episode of KSTV, Matt will talk with Fox Sports college basketball writer Jeff Goodman.  In the interview, Goodman says that the NCAA Appeals Board upheld the original ruling of permanent ineligibility before Kentucky filed "new information" after the Cam Newton ruling.  Many had speculated that the filing of the new information was a proactive move for a potential loss in the case, but Goodman says that they had already been notified of the decision.  He does add, however, there is potential of a third appeal if this one fails. Check out the three minute clip below.  The full interview will air this evening on CN2 at 7:30 and 11:00 pm.
