His custom Nike kicks featured the names of the players' predecessors. Tonight he's proving those players aren't just a name on some shoes.
Coach Cal Tweeted a few hours ago that he's spending the night watching his three children play. He let people wonder for a few hours before Tweeting pictures from the Charlotte-Minnesota matchup between
Aaron Harrison, Michael Kidd-Gilchrist and Karl-Anthony Towns.
One can only hope the hi-jinx has not stopped.
Towns and MKG shared a similar stat line; each had 4 points and 6 rebounds, but Karl added 2 assists. Aaron Harrison did not play.
