According to NFL writer Greg Auman, Kemp will not be signed by the Buccaneers following his tryout with the team this past week.

It was always a long shot for Kemp to make it in the NFL, but many thought there was a chance he could manage as a special teams/3rd down back for a team.
Luckily for Kemp, there are 31 other teams in the league, and there’s a chance another squad can take a shot on him.
