It’s a triple-header of Jordan Brand Classic games today, starting at 2:30 with the International Game. A quick summary of what to expect: It is filled with a roster of names no one has ever heard of (except in 2011 with Enes Kanter). Then at 4:00 is the regional game, where we’ll get another contest filled with names no one has ever heard of from within the state of North Carolina, where the Classic is being held. Finally, the main event is at 7:00 on ESPN, when some of the top-stars in high school basketball will take to the court to represent their college choice. Nerlens Noel, Archie Goodwin and Alex Poythress will be participating, and one of the last top-targets left on the board for 2012, Anthony Bennett will also be playing. Lots of names on the roster were at one time connected to Kentucky. It should be fun watching these guys play on the same court, to see where Kentucky’s freshman stack up against the competition — and just how good a job Calipari did pulling this class together. The full roster is below: EAST TEAM Kyle Anderson (UCLA) Kris Dunn (Providence) Jerami Grant (Syracuse) Gary Harris (Michigan State) Brice Johnson (North Carolina) Nerlens Noel (Kentucky) Ricardo Ledo (Providence) Tony Parker (Undecided) Rodney Purvis (NC State) Kaleb Tarczweski (Arizona) J.P. Tokoto (North Carolina) WEST TEAM Steven Adams (Pittsburgh) Brandon Ashley (Arizona) Isaiah Austin (Baylor) Anthony Bennett (Undecided) Archie Goodwin (Kentucky) Danuel House (Houston) Grant Jerrett (Arizona) Shabazz Muhammad (UCLA) Marcus Paige (North Carolina) Alex Poythress (Kentucky) Rasheed Sulaimon (Duke) Kentucky had four represented in the game a year ago. Remember, it was when Marquis Teague, Michael Kidd-Gilchrist, Anthony Davis and Kyle Wiltjer were all on the same court. Kentucky could have four players in the game this coming season too with an Anthony Bennett signing.
