Kahlil Whitney's outfit was the MVP of Big Blue Madness

Cancel the blue carpet at Big Blue Madness because it now belongs to Kahlil Whitney and no one is worthy of ever setting foot on it again.

Whitney, one of the freshmen on Coach Cal’s new roster, completely hijacked the night when he stepped onto the blue carpet for his grand entrance into his first Big Blue Madness as a member of the Kentucky Wildcats. He wore colorful, mirrored sunglasses straight out of the 80s, an old school Ice Cube t-shirt and a jacket I don’t really know how to describe, plus a portable speaker wrapped around his torso. I’m not going to say it is the greatest moment in the storied history of UK basketball, but for me, it’s up there. It deserves its own banner up in the rafters with the eight national championships.
