Keldon Johnson joins Immanuel Quickley, Tyler Herro, and 50 other top prospects to turn down LaVar Ball's basketball league

This afternoon, it was reported Kentucky signees Tyler Herro and Immanuel Quickley had declined invites to join LaVar Ball's "Junior Basketball Association." Just a few hours later, Wildcat Keldon Johnson joined Herro and Quickley, along with a list of over 50 prospects to say no to Ball. https://twitter.com/TiptonEdits/status/959541907146846208?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw&ref_url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.zagsblog.com%2F2018%2F02%2F02%2Fnearly-50-top-high-school-prospects-turned-lavar-balls-new-league%2F LaVar Ball and Big Baller Brand have reportedly offered top prospects “up to $10,000 per month" to join the Junior Basketball Association, according to Adam Zagoria of ZagsBlog.com. The lowest-ranked prospects will receive roughly $3,000 per month. The league's goal is to give graduating seniors a path to the NBA without going to college or having to play overseas for a season. Instead, the JBA will create ten teams in the United States, and they will all compete against one another. All nationally ranked high school seniors, whose main goal are to reach the NBA, will be offered an opportunity to join the JBA, turning pro straight out of high school and bypassing the usual college pit stop,” according to the Big Baller Brand press release. Unfortunately for Ball, not one prospect has said yes. If you had any concerns about current Wildcat signees joining the dark side, worry no more.
