Over the last three days we've been consumed with Kentucky football recruiting. While Mark Stoops' eyes have been on UK's big board, his current players keep racking up All-American honors. Today the Football Writers Association of America named Max Duffy a First Team All-American. The honor came in a day after FBS coaches of the AFCA named the punter a First Team All-American and two days after the Sporting News bestowed upon him the same title. Lynn Bowden did not receive any honors from the FWAA, but he did pick up a pair of First Team titles as an all-purpose player from Sporting News and the AFCA. Bowden and Duffy each have made more than a handful of All-American teams. Logan Stenberg made his first when the FWAA named him Second Team All-American offensive guard. The Belk Bowl will be Stenberg's 39th consecutive start for the Wildcats. While we're throwing around honors, Josh Paschal picked up an honor this week as well. The UK outside linebacker was one of six student-athletes to be named Honorable Mention for the 2019 Mayo Clinic Comeback Player of the Year Award. Well done, gentlemen.
