Road team has dominated Kentucky vs. Louisville series

Kentucky and Louisville will meet for the 37th time on the gridiron this weekend. This will be the 31st time that the winner of this game will receive a trophy. Since this rivalry series renewed, the road team has thrived.

Kentucky is just 5-11 in home games in this series. The road team is a combined 19-10 since this series was renewed. That is a .655 winning percentage. Dogs have also been live.

The visitor is 12-3-1 against the spread (11-5 outright) in the last 16 meetings of the Kentucky-Louisville series with the underdog winning 10 games outright. UofL has not covered a game at home in this series since Charlie Strong was roaming the sidelines in 2012. This has been a rivarly for the road team. UK will look to continue that with the six win in seven meetings this weekend.
