by:Jack Pilgrim09/30/18
The latest Coaches Poll has been released, and the Kentucky Wildcats have moved up to No. 15 in the nation, two spots up from last week. Kentucky joins just four other SEC teams in the top-25, with Alabama (1), Georgia (2), LSU (6), and Auburn (9) being the others. Mississippi State also dropped out the rankings following their loss to Florida last night. Kentucky, who jumped Miami and Michigan in the updated list, is ranked their highest in the Coaches Poll since October 21, 2007. With a win over Texas A&M, who earned 31 votes in the poll, the Cats would earn bowl-eligibility and likey see a jump into the top-ten.
