Kentucky's win over Tennessee the third most watched game this season
Duke may be the show this year, but Kentucky’s still drawing plenty of viewers. The Cats’ win over No. 1 Tennessee on Saturday was the third most watched game this season, trailing only the Duke vs. Virginia games on Jan. 19 and Feb. 9.
The Kentucky vs. Tennessee game drew a 1.75 rating and 3.01 million viewers on ESPN. According to this chart from Sports Media Watch, Kentucky has played in four of seven most watched games this season:
Those rankings are going to change after tonight’s Duke vs. North Carolina game, but it’s still good to see the Cats bring in big numbers.
