A bizarre, two-person horse costume was wrongfully identified as Murray State's mascot during Saturday's game between your University of Kentucky Wildcats and the Murray State Racers in Lexington. SEC Network play-by-play man Mike Morgan incorrectly said the cheap horse costume -- which can be purchased on Amazon for 95 American dollars -- was the Racers' mascot, when it caught a couple seconds of airtime during the broadcast. Murray State quickly denied any relation to the fake Racer after the clip went viral on the internet. https://twitter.com/MSURacers/status/1041070402775265288 Kentucky Sports Radio has since learned the horse and the poor souls who were zipped up inside of it on a hot afternoon were with UK, not the visiting Racers. It's pretty clear in the video when it is directed around by people in UK gear. So, on behalf of the internet, apologies to Dunker for the misrepresentation. And to whoever volunteered to be the caboose inside the horse costume, I hope your partner didn't have gas.
