The KSR radio show will spend an entire week in Pennsylvania after the Keystone State beat out all the other states in a contest to decide the show’s summer road trip. KSR listeners may recall that Matt Jones wrote down all 50 states and eliminated them one by one through a blind draw live on the radio show over the course of several weeks, leaving only Pennysylvania and Kansas for the final draw. Now we’re off to Pennsylvania for five days of shows, beginning next Monday, July 11, through Friday, July 15.

As things stand now, these are the five stops where we will broadcast our live morning shows; although, in typical KSR fashion, we don’t yet know the location of each show and these plans could change at any moment. Tune in and follow our social media accounts for where to find us.

If you’re in or around any of these areas, we need a live audience to keep the long-running streak alive.

MONDAY: GETTYSBURG

KSR’s Pennsylvania trip begins with a stop at the historical site of a major turning point in the American Civil War.

TUESDAY: LANCASTER

On Tuesday, we will be somewhere around the Lancaster area for the show before we drive on to Hershey for Def Leppard, Motley Crue, Poison, and Joan Jett at Hersheypark Stadium, per Shannon The Dude’s request.

WEDNESDAY: HERSHEY

With a rock concert hangover, Wednesday’s show will be live from somewhere in Hershey, almost certainly in the hotel lobby for a slower-moving morning, per Shannon The Dude’s doing.

THURSDAY: POCONOS

We’re going sightseeing in the Poconos for Thursday morning’s show and then we’ll head to State College for a Thursday night around Penn State.

FRIDAY: STATE COLLEGE

On Friday, KSR will do its last Pennsylvania show in Nittany Lion country.

FRIDAY NIGHT: PITTSBURGH

Find us in Pittsburgh at the Picklesburgh pickle festival.

It should make for an entertaining week of radio. Tune in!
