Lane Kiffin has given a scholarship to former Louisville QB/weedhead/grade-A tool Matt Simms. Simms, who was a three-star player in high school, transferred from Louisville in January despite it being believed he was a candidate to start. After putting up 2,200 yards and 17 touchdowns at El Camino College (somewhere, BTI is scrambling to find out why the place of his conception has a college named after it), Simms decided it was time to join up with Lil' Lane. More likely, it was the boobs. Or the same giant douche magnet that lured Lane to Knoxville. Or maybe it's the second part of Kiffin's "going green" plan that started with a gas station robbery. The bad jokes are endless!
He is expected to contend for the starting job next year. And, just for fun.....
