Jordan Dingle revealed on Friday morning's edition of Kentucky Sports Radio that he has pledged his allegiance to Mark Stoops' program just over five weeks away from signing day. "I just feel like it was the best fit for me, looking at both academic and football. I feel like Coach (Vince) Marrow is a strong person to be with and will help develop me over these next few years. They have something going with the football team and are building something special. And also on the academic side of the things, they have exactly what I want to do in my career," he said. "It just matched up for me." Marrow was Dingle's lead recruiter and he will be his position coach at UK. "It played a big role by him personally recruiting me and getting to build that relationship now," Dingle said. The third-ranked player from the Commonwealth in the 2021 recruiting class, Dingle joins a group of star-studded pass catchers. Speedy Frederick Douglass wide receiver Dekel Crowdus headlines the class, along with recently minted four-star prospect Christian Lewis, big-bodied Ohio wide receiver Armond Scott and an athlete that does it all for his high school program, Chauncey Magwood. Coaches have told these athletes that they will be the catalysts behind innovation in Kentucky's passing game. "They talked about just trying to get more into the passing game and really utilizing those young quarterback that are able to pass and really develop that offense," Dingle said. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NvERgBAHvYk&feature=youtu.be
