While last night's win didn't do much to help the Cats' Tournament resume, other teams' losses did. Fellow bubble teams Wichita State, Maryland, Indiana State, and Charlotte all lost, which
boosted Kentucky out of Joe Lunardi's last four in and safely in to the tournament (for now):
