Sometimes it's better to be lucky than good.  Lynn Bowden was good, then lucky. Leading 20-7 in the third quarter, Eddie Gran dialed up a screen pass to Bowden on third and eight.  Bowden effortlessly made his way down the sideline, picking up 35 yards before a Vanderbilt defender popped the ball loose from the freshman's hands. The ball rolled, and bounced, and bumbled and stumbled down the sideline. Charles Walker fought for the ball to save the day.  On the next play, Benny Snell scored from the one, his 27th career rushing touchdown, a new school record. That play normally doesn't go Kentucky's way, but it did today. [mobile_ad]
