What’s the latest on Marvin Bagley? The top-ranked 2018 recruit is considering reclassifying to the 2017 class and enrolling in college this fall, and it appears one school is out of the running.

Bagley was scheduled to visit Arizona this week, but according to Adam Zagoria, that visit has been cancelled, likely because the west coast Wildcats already have a full roster for 2017-18. The 6-11 power forward has already visited Duke and USC, with the Trojans pulling out all the stops and offering both of his younger brothers. Per Zagoria, he will visit UCLA — which has one 2017-18 scholarship available — on Monday.

What about the Cats? Bagley still has visits to Kentucky and Kansas planned, although dates have not been set. Kentucky was once the favorite for the talented and versatile big man, but seems to have fallen out of favor since Bagley’s reclassification talk began; however, if there’s a man that can turn a recruitment around on a dime, it’s John Calipari.
