Last night at the Horse Park,
UK Hoops Coach Matthew Mitchell took part in the Battle in the Saddle, competing to pen a group of cattle as quickly as possible and help raise money for the Kentucky Horse Park. According to attendee Kristen Goncharoff, "I'm pretty sure they were teaching him to basically ride before he even went into the ring with his team." Ever the good sport, that Matthew Mitchell. Although I have to say, I still like him in Hammer Pants better than in a cowboy hat.
