In a move that surprised a lot of people, Kentucky women's basketball coach
Mickie Demoss resigned this morning saying she was ready to figure out what she was going to do with the rest of her life. This story is sort of difficult to understand as there are no allegations of any improprities, no record of losing and no inclination of a move to another program. Rather it looks as if Mickie just simply wants to do something else with her life. If that is true, I say good for you Mickie. I am all for people choosing the path that makes them happy. UK now moves on to look for another coach and internet plane watchers have another reason to exist. The fun continues....
