Today's smheadline comes from Matt's hometown of Middlesboro, where
a man was arrested for having heroin tied to his genitals.
Yes, you read that correctly. According to WYMT, Frank Morton was stopped by police last night for crossing the center line in his truck and when police performed a search, they found a bag of heroin tied to his genitals (pretty intense search). The bag contained more than 30 grams of heroin.
Morton was charged with trafficking heroin and booked into the Bell County Detention Center.
