My Celebrity Basketball Team

      You may have heard about the E League- it's Hollywood's premier basketball league featuring 150 players on 10 team that play each other regularly. Singers, actors, directors, managers play on these teams- you can even watch them play online here. Justin Beiber, Nick Carter, Taye Diggs, Mark Walberg, Kentucky's own Josh Hutchinson, Trey Songz, and Terrell Owens all play on these teams named after U.S. cities- shockingly no Lexington team. Since it's March Madness and all, this got me thinking, if I was the Coach Calipari of the E League- who would I pick on my team?   Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson: Center I assume he can't really run too fast so I would have him sit tight under the basket and use those muscles to block out any and everyone. No one should get a rebound, but The Rock.   Will Ferrell: Power Forward Those long limbs and his willingness to get up close and personal would make him a tough defender. And he would probably create enough distractions in those short shorts to make a couple baskets.   George Clooney: Shooting Guard A Kentuckian, George was a varsity letterman in basketball at Augusta High School. Even though baseball was more his thing (Clooney was actually invited to try out for the Cincinnati Reds in 1977) he is still athletic and competitive enough to do the job.   Kevin Hart: Point Guard Voted MVP of the Celebrity All- Star Game four times, he'd be fast and we could run special plays that would involve him dribbling through players legs. Kanye West: Shooting Guard I bet he'd be quite the trash-talker and he'd have to win so he would take every shot, while also telling you he's God and/or better than Michael Jordan.   Subs-- Hugh Jackman (as Wolverine)   Justin Timberlake (he's got the foot work)     So, who would be on your celebrity basketball team?
