A 78-69 win in the finals over the Utah Utes gave UK its seventh national championship. The Wildcats ended the season with a 35-4 record, despite being one of the only teams ever to win a championship without a First-Team All-American or a future NBA Lottery pick."Maker's Mark has a partnership with Keeneland to produce five University of Kentucky bottles that started back in 2016. The first three honored Adolph Rupp, Joe B. Hall, and the 1996 National Championship squad.
