Screen Shot 2016-04-19 at 8.51.46 AM Every once in a while a video comes along on this here internet that I cannot stop watching. This is one of those videos. Watch as my man stumbles, fumbles the catch, nearly trips over himself, and then gets buckets. And then walks it off like a boss.   Patrick Patterson played well off the bench for Toronto. The former Wildcat scored 14 points on 5-of-6 shooting from the field in 31 minutes against the Pacers last night as he and the Raptors evened the series at one game apiece. Patterson also added six rebounds and had the highest +/- on the entire team in Game 2.   Enes Kanter and the Thunder lost a heartbreaker. Oklahoma City dropped one to Dallas as a 14-point favorite in the largest NBA playoff upset in 20 years. Kanter had six points and eight rebounds in 19 minutes off the bench in a game that came down to the fingertips of Kanter's fellow Stache Brother, Steven Adams, in the end. Adams putback was a fraction of a second late, thus giving the Mavs a one-point win in OKC to tie the series. Will Marques Bolden announce soon? To be honest, I do not care. I've had enough of the Bolden Wait. If he announces today, good for him. If he announces tomorrow, great. Three weeks from now, way to go. The kid is clearly torn between Duke and Kentucky, and he will make that decision whenever he is ready to make that decision. We'll be here when he does, but until then, I encourage you to not lose any sleep over it. However, for those who must get their Bolden news, his high school coach did tell the Herald-Leader they will sit down today and discuss his options. “He wants to make sure it’s the right decision," the DeSoto head coach told Ben Roberts. "He’s very family oriented, and he wants to make sure that the college he goes to helps him grow as a young man, not just as an athlete but as a student also." They hope to set up an announcement this week, he said. John Calipari to visit John Petty today. The two Johns will meet down in Alabama for an in-home visit after Calipari watched Petty a couple of times at this past week's Nike EYBL event in Brooklyn. Petty did not play particularly well in front of Cal, but he was the first member of the 2017 class to receive a scholarship offer from Kentucky and we believe he will accept it, maybe sooner than later, assuming UK will take him. Petty is a 6-foot-7 wing, ranked 10th in the ESPN60. Cal had planned to visit him yesterday but the visit was pushed back due to Petty feeling a little under the weather. Romeo Langford picked up a scholarship offer from Duke. Fans of the KSR morning show in Peoria will be happy to know New Albany's Romeo Langford is getting the attention he deserves. He recently said Duke, Kansas, North Carolina and Louisville are recruiting him the hardest, and yesterday he received an offer from the Blue Devils. So what's taking UK so long? Did Cal not listen to our show? Jimmy Brumbaugh earned himself a pay raise. Jimmy Brumbaugh is the latest member of the UK football staff to cash in on another contract extension, the program announced yesterday. The defensive line coach was given a raise that will pay him $300,000 a year through June 30, 2018. His previous deal gave him a $250,000 annual salary and was set to expire on June 30, 2017. Look out for that wall. It'll get ya. This makes me miss KSR's time with the Tennis Channel.
