A villain from Kentucky basketball's past will make his return to Rupp Arena this coming weekend. Bubba Parham, the former VMI guard who hit 10 three-pointers against the Cats last season, now plays for Georgia Tech, UK's next opponent on its schedule. Parham transferred to Georgia Tech this past summer and was granted immediate eligibility to begin his career as a Yellow Jacket. So far this season, Parham averages seven points per game and has moved into Josh Pastner's starting lineup. Parham's hand has cooled off since that mid-November day in 2018, when he went 10-of-16 from outside for 35 points on the Wildcats. In fact, Parham hasn't even hit 10 three-pointers so far this season through seven games played. But we should still be on high alert for this on Saturday... https://youtu.be/IquDUMpvNIs As for Georgia Tech as a team, the Yellow Jackets are 4-3 with wins over NC State, Elon, Bethune-Cookman and Nebraska. However, this past Saturday was an ugly one as Georgia Tech lost to Syracuse by 34 points at home as the betting favorite in the game. The other losses were to our friends at Georgia and Arkansas.
