One Streak Will End Saturday

Losing streaks to SEC East opponents have defined Kentucky football in my lifetime, but that isn't the only streak in play when UK travels to Gainesville Saturday.
The Cats have not beaten the Gators since 1987. The 29-game losing streak is the longest active and uninterrupted streak in the nation and the longest in the history of the SEC. The L's lasted longer than the Tennessee streak, snapped after 26 straight losses when Matt Roark assumed the role of quarterback in 2011.
Even the most optimistic fans see winning Saturday as a long shot, but there is a side of history that favors UK. For the last 18 years, UK has not lost in week two. Even when the Cats traveled to Colombia without a road win in 22 tries, they found a way to get a win last year.
I think we can all agree that fans would prefer for the latter streak to continue, but which one do you believe will survive Saturday's game?
