Five-star power forward PJ Washington took his official visit to UK less than two weeks ago, but he liked what he saw so much he's already planning his next trip. Washington's father Paul told Ben Roberts today that his son will attend Big Blue Madness on October 14. Because the cost of official visits are mostly covered by the host school and Washington already took his to Kentucky earlier this month, the Washington family will have to pay for the trip themselves, but PJ's dad said his son wants to go so badly he started saving up for the trip in the summer. “He doesn’t want to miss that event, so I’ll pay on that one,” PJ’s father told the Herald-Leader in July. “I’m saving up now.” This past weekend, Washington took an official visit to North Carolina. He has official visits scheduled for Arizona (October 21) and Texas (October 28), and is also considering Kansas, UNLV, UCLA, and NC State. Kentucky currently leads his Crystal Ball with 62% of the predictions, followed by UNLV and Texas at 15% and UNC at 8%.
