Charles Barkley was
on Boomer and Carton in the Morning out of New York City earlier today to talk NBA basketball and the New York Knicks, specifically. Barkley clearly isn't impressed by the Knick's 7-seed in the East, he said, "the Knicks still stink, dude" and called them "the worst defensive team ever." He also had something to say about the possibility of John Calipari taking over for Mike Woodson at the end of the season:
“Let me tell you something. He’s never going to be drunk enough to take that Knicks job.”
Cal, who doesn't drink alcohol, stays in the rumor mill for the Knicks job, but if Charles Barkley's comments are any indication, it wouldn't be a good move for Calipari.
