Red Lobster is now serving Mountain Dew margaritas

Last Sunday, I wrote about Mountain Dew infused pickles, and now a major restaurant chain seems to be jumping on the big green bandwagon. Red Lobster has announced it will be exclusively rolling out "Dew Garitas." The cocktail will look like the soft drink, and will include the Dew, tequila and "a few other special ingredients." As far as pairings go, Red Lobster suggests their signature Cheddar Bay Biscuits. The seafood chain shared the news on Twitter, adding the new drink may not be immediately available in all restaurants. However, the Dew Garita has started popping up in select restaurants this month. It's expected to be available nationwide by the end of the year, because every corner of America deserves a little extra Dew. https://twitter.com/redlobster/status/1305853881671352323   The drink is the product of a new business partnership between Red Lobster and PepsiCo, which plans to work together to "leverage iconic PepsiCo brands across the Frito-Lay and Quaker range of products to co-create tasty menu items." Basically, this is just the first of many "tasty" combinations. Buckle up, because there's apparently going to be more where this came from in the years to come. Anyone up for a trip to Red Lobster?
