Future Kentucky guard Reed Sheppard is set to host his first Players First Satellite ProCamp, presented by White, Greer & Maggard Orthodontics.

The camp will be held Thursday, July 28 at Creekside Elementary in Georgetown, KY from 1-4 p.m. ET.

Open to boys and girls from grades 1-8, the cost will be $99 per camper.

Sheppard will be joined by a selection of area prep and local basketball coaches to lead campers through various stations specializing in the fundamental skills of basketball. The hands-on instruction will also include lectures, contests and games in a high-energy, fun and positive environment. Campers will be placed in small groups by age to ensure that each child gets maximum instruction featuring a 10:1 maximum camper to coach ratio.

As for Sheppard individually, it will be the future Wildcat’s first in-person meet-and-greet opportunity as a Kentucky basketball commit, made possible thanks to name, image and likeness.

Sheppard is coming off a standout performance at the Las Vegas Big Time Finale, where the four-star guard led Midwest Basketball Club (3SSB) to a 78-67 victory over Strive For Greatness (EYBL). He finished the contest with 16 points, nine rebounds, and four assists, easily the most impressive player on a floor loaded with five-star talent. SFG formed a superteam for the event, with fellow Kentucky commit Rob Dillingham joining Bronny James, Mackenzie Mgbako, Mookie Cook and Wesley Yates, all top-40 recruits.

Instead, it was Sheppard and four-star guards Rayvon Griffith and Gabe Cupps combining for 42 points in the win on national television.

Sheppard will follow up his time in Vegas with a stop in Georgetown to meet with fans and do a little coaching.
