According to WLEX,
former UK assistant Rod Strickland was arrested early this morning in downtown Lexington for driving on a DUI suspended license, not having registered plates, and failing to signal. The arrest took place at East Maxwell and South Martin Luther King Blvd. In September 2010, Strickland was arrested for a DUI and has since taken on a new role in the program as "Special Assistant" to John Calipari. He's currently being held in the Fayette County Detention Center.
