UK Women’s Track has a Big Saturday

It was a great Saturday for the UK women’s track team as Dezerea Bryant won the 200m NCAA Championship in Eugene, Oregon. Bryant ran a 22.18 second race, the third fastest time in the world this year. Cats everywhere. Again, another big congrats to Dezerea!

Another national champion was Kendra Harrison to win the 100m hurdles. It was an impressive day for the UK women’s track team.

American Pharoah was at Chruchill Downs for a parade today. While there was some great races today, including the Stephen Foster Handicap going on, the star of the show was the most recent Triple Crown winner. American Pharoah is a big fan of crowds and played the part in Louisville tonight.

Kash Daniel Visited South Carolina

Kash Daniel, a massive instate recruit Kentucky is trying to keep, went and visited South Carolina today. Hopefully the visit was accompanied by a shirtless Steve Spurrier to scare Daniel away from Columbia. Seriously, come on down to Lexington, you won’t regret it.

Tai Wynyard is Going to be a Fan Favorite

Just watch that video and then go back and look at his block in the FIBA U18 3×3 Tournament last week. Wynyard is going to be a star for the Wildcats whenever he decides to enroll. He’s becoming more athletic with each passing week and makes a better play with each YouTube video. This time he posterized Gonzaga commit Zach Collins, who is 6’10” during a scrimmage in Colorado.

We’ll be back at it tomorrow morning with more news. In the meantime continue to pray for Drew Franklin in NYC.
