creanwhaa Earlier today, the Indianapolis Business Journal published a report saying that Kentucky and Indiana are in talks to renew the series, much to Ryan Lemond's delight. Indiana's AD Fred Glass said he wants to bring back the UK/IU rivalry as soon as this season, but a source tells KSR that probably won't happen because both teams needs a home game this year and the only possibility is a neutral site game at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis. Next season's non-conference schedule is already loaded with neutral site and away games. The Cats will travel to Chicago to play Duke, Brooklyn to play Ohio State, Miami to play South Florida, Los Angeles to play UCLA, and a Big 12 school for a true road game. The only marquee non-conference home game so far is Louisville at Rupp. While both sides may be ready to renew the rivalry, they may have to wait until 2016-2017 to make it happen.
