According to New Mexico basketball blog The Lobo Lair, South Florida is working on a buyout for head coach Orlando Antigua. The report follows a troubling few weeks for South Florida, which is now under NCAA investigation for academic fraud. Orlando's brother, Oliver, is an assistant at USF and resigned the day the report about the NCAA investigation came out, but it doesn't look like it was enough to save Orlando, who took the job at South Florida in 2014 after six seasons on John Calipari's staff. In two seasons at South Florida, Antigua has a 16-47 record, including a 7-24 mark last year. The Lobo Lair also lists former UNLV coach David Rice and former Virginia Tech coach turned ESPN analyst Seth Greenberg as potential candidates to replace Antigua.
