Stoops on DeMarco Robinson: "I really don't know."
DeMarco Robinson is listed as the top receiver on Kentucky’s depth chart for Saturday, but his playing status is all but certain. In his Monday football luncheon, Stoops told reporters he isn’t sure if Robinson will be back this week or not.
“I really don’t know,” he said.
Robinson injured his ankle on the opening kickoff against Miami and hobbled off to the locker room before returning to the sideline in a walking boot. Javess Blue made up for the loss of Robinson, but it’ll be a huge blow to the UK offense if he isn’t available for the Louisville game. Special teams will take a big hit, too, as we saw Saturday.
