The offensive line was stellar on Saturday, thanks in part to
walk-on offensive guard Cole Mosier. The redshirt freshman backed up Zach West at left guard, and on today's SEC Coaches' Teleconference, Mark Stoops singled him out as one of the young players he's impressed with on the line so far:
"Cole played left guard and, again, for a walk-on redshirt freshman really is a nice surprise and is playing very well for us," Stoops said. "Gives us a nice physical presence inside. So we're starting to gain some depth with our offensive line. Again we have a long way to go, but it's a good starting point to move forward with us."
Mosier is a Walton, Kentucky native, and after Saturday's win,
