Joker Phillips ended the worst kept secret in recent months and added two coaches to the 'Operation Win' staff today.  Mike Summers and David Turner were hired as offensive line and defensive line coaches, respectively.  Both are former Kentucky football coaches, add to the "has glasses and will coach" contingent at UK and we're happy to have them back in blue. Summers was a former UK grad assistant coach during the '80 and '81 seasons and he helped recruit Joker Phillips to come play for Kentucky.  His SEC-filled resume includes time at UK, Vanderbilt, Alabama, and most recently, Mississippi State.  Summers was also the offensive line coach at Louisville from '03 to '06 before joining the Falcons in 2007 with Petrino. David Turner returns to Kentucky with 24 years of coaching experience including nine years in the SEC with four different teams.  He spent two years on the Kentucky staff with Joker Phillips as the defensive ends coach and helped the Cats advance to the '93 Peach Bowl.  Turner most recently coached the Mississippi State defensive line from 2007-2009. Go Operation Win Cats. And lets hope that we dont have to have a Situation: drewsituation
