Good morning, Big Blue Nation. I hope you slept well and remembered to send all of your DM's as DM's instead of Tweets. Now, let's get on with a link or 6 to get your morning started off on the right foot... - The Courier-Journal doesn't always get it right, but if you want a ton of thoughts and quotes from the Kentucky football open practice at Fan Day yesterday, they have just that available for you. - By all accounts, former Kentucky player Dermontti Dawson gave a fantastic speech last night during his induction to the NFL Pro Football Hall of Fame. highlighted Dawson's speech, that centered around the idea of "playing with a passion." We will have more on Dawson later this afternoon on KSR. - The Detroit Free Press doesn't hold back as they explore and explain some of the flaws shown by Team USA in their "too close for comfort" match-up with Lithuania yesterday. The article also mentions a potential final game collision course for the United States and Russia, which would bring back many not-so-fond memories from Team USA's past Olympic experiences. - A little off-topic, but still interesting-- especially if the Olympics are your thing (and if they aren't, why not?). Bill Simmons breaks down two of the most popular Olympic sporting events, gymnastics and swimming. Which one has the edge? Read to find out... - KSR College's Will Totten has jumped on board the "we believe" campaign for Kentucky football. Totten has a write up highlighting the fact that confidence is the key moving forward for this Kentucky team.  - Nerlens Noel has been competing in the Adidas Nations event this weekend. We will have a box score from the event up around 11:30 a.m. on the site, but for now, catch up on some of the banter from Twitter last night. Draft Express and Kentucky fans went toe-to-toe a bit on the issue of Noel's play. Beware: Draft Express doesn't exactly have glowing reviews of Noel.
