Temple.....We hardly knew ya.....
In news that may severely cramp our plans for the first Kentucky Sports Radio football road trip of next season, there are strong rumors that UK and Temple may be arranging a buyout of next season’s game in Philadelphia. Depending on who you ask, this is driven either (a) by Temple’s desire to take what they previously believed was a winnable game off the schedule or (b) Kentucky’s desire to have an eighth home game. Either way, the talk I have heard is that UK would replace the road game in Philly with a home date against a MAC school (Kent St?) and all would be happy……except me.
