Here is some news no one expected to hear this offseason. Trae Golden, Tennessee's star point guard, will transfer out of Knoxville. The two-year starter averaged 12 points and four assists for the Vols last season, after averages of almost 14 points and five assists as a sophomore. Tennessee is now left with an enormous hole at point guard going into next season and will almost certainly have to take a late transfer to fill the void. I mean, they have no one to bring it up the court right now. Many UT message board posters believe he was pushed out by Cuonzo Martin. KSR, on the other hand, believes Golden feared Andrew Harrison and the 2013-14 Kentucky Wildcats and took the only sure way out. The Tennessee game just got a lot easier.
