And, we’re off.
A couple nights ago, the 2015-2016 season finally started and, with it, The Big Blue Road Trip.
We began here in Lexington at Blue Stallion Brewing Company where we watched the game on a giant projection screen alongside a good group of UK fans (also alongside a hoppin' engagement party? Birthday party? Whatever it was, congrats guys).
There is no shortage of places around Lexington to watch UK games, but if you’re looking for somewhere new, consider heading out to Blue Stallion. They have a great selection of beers brewed in house and there is usually a food truck parked outside on the weekends. Thanks to everyone that came to hang out with us!
Next we will be in Chicago for UK vs. Duke. It will be one of the few times that our watch party will be in the same city that the team will be playing. We will be hanging out with the alumni club up there at The Pony, which is only a few miles from the United Center. If you’re going to be up there for the game, stop by.
