To everyone who has braved the elements to tailgate outside of Commonwealth Stadium, God Bless You.
The rain that was supposed to stay away arrived just in time for fans to start tailgating. It's not a light drizzle either. I'm soaked in the press box, happy to have my laptop still intact.
Luckily, it's not all bad news. Even though the rain is taking the fun out of tailgating,
it should be gone near game time. When I left Louisville, the system had already passed. By the time I made it to Lexington, the system still hadn't moved into the area.
We should be good to go for the 4:00 kickoff, but until then, stay dry Lexington.
