One of the guitarists sported a UK t-shirt and lead singer Eddie Vedder even thanked John Calipari and the Cats, telling the crowd, "Man, that's a lot of banners" as a spotlight shone on the championship banners in the rafters. Pretty cool, right? Also cool: these custom painted basketballs that Paul Hooper and the Rupp Arena crew gave Pearl Jam to commemorate the occasion.
