Their usual late-night flight home, the way they always leave town following a road game, has been delayed until Wednesday morning, at best. Coach Cal didn't seem thrilled about the travel inconvenience. "Every time we come here, it's either an ice storm, a rain storm, a snow storm, something," he said. "I don't know if we're right outside Anchorage or where the heck we are, but we have to stay overnight." He hopes the team plane can take off before noon on Wednesday to have them back in Lexington by 2 p.m., but whatever the case, it's a unique situation. He said, "In the last, probably, 19 years of a regular season, we have not stayed overnight. And we're staying overnight." "So this is a tough one."
